Refund policy

At That Studio, each piece of jewellery is crafted by hand and made to order with great care. Because of this bespoke process, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four hours of purchase; once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery at info@atthatstudio.com, including photographs of the item. We will carefully review the case and, if applicable, arrange a repair or replacement.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged upon delivery.
