Welcome to That Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products
All jewellery pieces are made to order and crafted by hand. Production typically requires two to three weeks before dispatch. Because of the handmade process, slight variations may occur between items.

Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in BHD. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country.

Shipping
We ship internationally using trusted courier services. Delivery times vary depending on destination and may be affected by customs clearance procedures. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
As our jewellery is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order so we may review the issue.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of That Studio. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.
